DACA India enquiries · Varsha & Santiago’s wedding · My DACA
Privacy notice
Effective 18 September 2026.
Optional future-trip updates
In My DACA, signed-in guests can separately choose to receive future DACA trip emails. Nothing is preselected for a new subscription. We store your verified email, language, choice, notice version and the time of changes. You can withdraw this choice in My DACA or by contacting team@amazzzing.com without affecting your wedding reply or care arrangements. Subscription preferences do not authorise sharing care information or other family members’ details. No marketing email is sent merely by saving this choice.
Optional DACA India enquiries
We store your selected chapters, name, verified email, departure location, companions and travel preferences to respond to your enquiry. The form asks for consent before saving or sending. Drafts and submitted enquiries are separate from your wedding RSVP. An enquiry does not book a place or authorise payment. Do not include health information, passport numbers or payment-card details here.
Enquiry access, emails and choices
You can return using your verified email. Varsha and authorised service administrators can access the enquiry to handle your request. When sending is enabled, a receipt goes to your verified email from team@amazzzing.com and a limited host notification goes to businesswithvarsha@gmail.com. Adding a companion does not create an account, grant wedding access or subscribe them to emails. Future-trip marketing needs a separate optional choice; it is not enabled by an enquiry. To withdraw enquiry consent or request deletion, contact team@amazzzing.com. India enquiries in this wedding-linked pilot follow the one-year-after-wedding retention period below; deletion is host-managed, not automatic.
Cookies and journey selections
The application has no added advertising cookies or analytics tools. It uses a sign-in session, local storage for the chosen language and temporary sign-in recovery (up to ten minutes), and session storage for chapter selections. Browser controls can clear storage, which may sign you out or remove unsent choices. Reading or dismissing this notice does not grant consent. Separate form controls govern enquiry and care consent.
Who is responsible
Amazzzing Venture Capital S.L. (CIF: B05449715) is responsible for the guest information described in this notice. Registered address: Calle Maestro Falla 12A, 35600 Puerto del Rosario, Las Palmas. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact team@amazzzing.com.
Why we use information
This website helps Varsha and Santiago coordinate wedding invitations, guest access, attendance and arrangements. Guest information is not intended for public display.
Information you provide
Depending on the forms you use, we receive your name, email address, household or family details, attendance choices, accommodation preferences and travel information. Optional private care notes may include dietary, accessibility or health-related needs. Please share only what is necessary for wedding arrangements; do not submit passport scans or payment-card details.
Basis for processing and optional consent
We use ordinary invitation, contact and RSVP information for our legitimate interests in organising the wedding and securing invited-guest access. You may object or contact us to arrange your reply another way. Optional care details, including any health information you choose to share, are processed with your explicit consent. The care section records your consent choice, notice version and time. You can skip it without affecting your RSVP, or withdraw consent and clear the care details there. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Do not provide another person’s private details without their explicit permission.
Access and private details
Approved family leads manage their household reply; authorised household members have the access assigned to their role. Varsha and Akanksha Krishnani review shared replies as hosts. Separately saved care details can be read by the signed-in guest and Varsha. Akanksha can read them only after explicit consent naming both coordinators is saved. Earlier consent does not expand access. Other family accounts cannot read them. The database owner and service administrators can technically access stored information to operate and support the service. Private care and travel details are excluded from RSVP notification emails.
Services supporting the website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Supabase provides authentication and stores responses; this project’s database region is Ireland. Google supports the organiser’s email-sending connection. Providers and their subprocessors may process technical data or provide support outside the European Economic Area; an EU database region does not guarantee EU-only processing. Provider data-processing terms include international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact team@amazzzing.com for information about the applicable safeguards.
Google account connection
The organiser authorises a Google account connection to send wedding notification emails. The connection uses account identity information and securely held authorisation credentials. The requested Gmail sending permission is not permission to read or delete the organiser’s inbox. When enabled, notifications send limited RSVP summaries to the organiser, not private care notes. The organiser can revoke the app’s access through their Google account settings.
Browser storage
The website uses a sign-in session and remembers the selected language in browser storage. Some sign-in recovery information may be held temporarily to support retries. Clearing browser storage can remove preferences or require another sign-in.
Your data protection rights
Contact team@amazzzing.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or portability where applicable, or to object to processing where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
Retention and your choices
Our retention policy is one year after the wedding, followed by deletion or anonymisation of guest information and consent records, unless a legal obligation or an actual dispute requires limited records to be retained. This is a host-managed process, not an automatic deletion timer. Withdrawing care consent clears the active care details; a minimal consent history is retained for accountability within this retention policy. Provider backups and security logs follow their separate expiry schedules and are not removed immediately by clearing the form. Contact team@amazzzing.com for an earlier deletion request or an alternative way to RSVP.
